ICE offers an extensive assortment with various options for purchases. Our associates can help you through a first time purchase as well as answer questions on an ongoing basis.
Value-Added Services
Prisms and jewelry can be purchased, unassembled or assembled. Following is the schedule for assembly charges:

Minimum Order: $150. Please add $10 for orders under $150
Payment: We accept, Visa, Mastercard and COD (Money Order / Cashier’s Check) for payment.
Shipping: Orders are sent via UPS unless specified otherwise. Shipments made via United States Postal Service can also be
made and can at times be the preferred method.
Returns:
- Please call for Return Authorization number.
- A 15% re-stocking fee applies.
- Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition.
- Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.
- Call Tags are not authorized
Damage Claims:
- Please call ICE with damage claims within 5 days of receipt of goods.
- Keep shipping materials until disposition decided.
- Call Tags are not authorized.
- A Return Authorization (RA#) number is needed if instructed to return goods.
- Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.
