We feature 6 different assortments of prisms allowing our customers to always have a selection and quality range that is just right for their needs. We are the exclusive distributor for Preciosa prisms in the USA to the retail market. While Preciosa is not very well known in this country, in Europe their reputation is without equal for quality and excellence in full lead (over 30% Pbo) crystal products.

Because of our close relationship with Preciosa and our extraordinary buying power, we can offer their product assortment at prices averaging 50% less than any other famous maker in the USA for the exact prism style/size.

Ice also has many interesting and unique prism designs in our 7200 series of prisms that no other company in the USA has at very attractive wholesale prices. We are constantly working with overseas suppliers in the design of new prisms that will be popular in the various retail markets.

Jewelry. Ice is also a strong supplier of jewelry products that feature crystal in the designs. Our exclusive “Shimmers” jewelry is low cost costume jewelry that looks quite elegant yet literally costs just pennies with many designs having a wholesale cost of well under $2.

ICE is extraordinarily strong in crystal “stud” earrings. Our wide assortment of styles / colors / sizes assures that retailers can always offer a wide assortment to their customers. Stud earring prices start at under $1. An attractive retail price point for the studs is $5 allowing for mark-ups of 3X, 4X and even 5x all while achieving excellent stock turn.

Customer Service. At ICE, you can always talk to a real person who is knowledgeable and helpful. Because our assortment is so large, it can be confusing to new customers. We encourage our customers to call to clarify any questions they may have.

Ordering. Orders can be placed via phone at 800-443-8223. First time customers are encouraged to place their first order via phone to insure that your order is sent as you expected. Orders can also be placed via our online order form, email or fax. We offer a printable order form if you prefer faxing your order.

Value Added Services. Our crystals and pendants are priced by the unit only since many of our customers prefer doing the assembly at their location allowing them to save money by having employees do the assembly work during slow sales periods. When ordering please make sure to inform us if you want the prisms and / or pendants assembled ready to sell. Following is the schedule of assembly charges:

Minimum order. Our minimum order is $200. Please add $10 for orders less than $200.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and COD for payment.

Shipping. We ship via UPS ground unless customer specifies a different method. Importantly, we charge only actual UPS charges unlike many internet sellers where the shipping charge is the biggest profit for the order!

Returns. If you should purchase articles and be unhappy with it, we are happy to have it returned under the following conditions:

1. Please call our cusotmer service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Merchandise must returned in sellable condition. Please call our customer service department for how best to return the goods so that they arrive in sellable shape.
3. A 15% restocking charge applies to authorized returns.
4. Return shipping charges are customer’s responsibility.

Damage Claims. ICE understands that sometimes items are received damaged. Please follow these steps for all articles that may be received damaged:

1. Please call our cusotmer service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number or other disposition of the damaged goods within 5 days of receiving the damaged goods.
2. Keep shipping materials until disposition is decided. If it is a UPS claim, they may want to inspect the package.
3. ICE does not issue call tags. Usually, because of the size of the return, it is very affordable and accessable to ship via the Postal Service.
4. ICE does not pay return shipping charges.
